Recovery and performance
Know when to push. Know when to pull back.
Progress comes from balancing training with recovery. Concurrent gives you a readiness score every day and uses it to shape your session.
Daily readiness
One score. Four views.
Your readiness score runs from 0 to 100, with separate scores for running, lower body and strength. Tired legs don't have to cancel an upper-body session.
Balanced by design
No single number decides your day. Each factor can move your score by up to 20 points, so one bad night's sleep is weighed against everything else.

Readiness in context
Informs decisions. Doesn't make them alone.
Readiness is one input to the training engine, alongside your plan, recent workload, goals and upcoming races. Together they decide whether today's session is kept, modified, replaced or swapped for rest.
KEEP
Ready to train as planned
MODIFY
Lower intensity or volume
REPLACE
A better-suited session
REST
Recovery comes first
